Returns
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original, unworn condition, and in their original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns for personalized, custom-made jewelry, or items marked as final sale.
- Process: To initiate a return, please email us at info@chicboutiquebling.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to ship your item back to us.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges

Order Cancellations
